Terms of Service

Acceptable use

• Don’t use Formbase to spam, harass, scam, or conduct illegal activity.
• Don’t try to extract data you don’t own.
• Don’t collect data via Formbase that you wouldn’t be allowed to collect via a regular form (e.g., children’s data without parental consent, regulated health information without authorization).

No warranties (alpha)

Formbase is provided “as is” during alpha. The service may break, data may be lost, and features may change without notice. Don’t use Formbase for mission-critical workflows yet.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is capped at $100 or the amount you have paid us, whichever is greater. (You haven’t paid us anything — Formbase is free during alpha.)

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service. You may delete your account at any time by emailing abedhamami42@gmail.com.

Changes

We may update these terms during alpha. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
